There's nothing wrong structurally with this guitar and it really sounds amazing. This is likely from the indentation in the binding on the back of the neck joint (pictured). The second tone pot works for both the middle pickup and the bridge pickup. It had a middle pickup added with its own volume pot. The original owner was a Gibson employee, with the mods being done at Gibson. It comes with its original hard shell case, which is in excellent condition.
